nataliewalkerNatalie Walker – The newly appointed South Auckland Crown Solicitor has achieved a significant and recently attained power through her position in New Zealand’s most diverse population and with a burgeoning law firm of over 30 lawyers, courtesy of the Crown warrant.

The 40 year old daughter-in-law of Chief Justice Sian Elias QC and Hugh Fletcher (husband Ned is her law partner also) holds a powerful lineage via the Elias/Fletcher bloodline as well as through her new position. The relationship and appointment process did not escape rumours relating to the appointment and the overall award process.

However , Natalie Walker is determined to put her own mark on the new role with appearances in the Manukau, Papakura and Pukekohe District Courts and the Auckland High Court.  A musical fan, she has little time now for the music other than weekend relaxing as the files mount and the office grows, along with her influence.
